Veera Salmela has been chosen as the Event Producer of the Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland (ISYY) and Niklas Leinonen as the Service Planner.
Salmela is studying to be a Cultural Manager at the Humak University of Applied Sciences. Salmela has been doing various events, as well as event marketing and communications.
- I am looking forward to a job that will definitely bring new challenges and a wonderful number of people into my life. The work is a great fit for the final stage of my studies and during my employment, I intend to graduate as a Cultural Manager. It will be a busy year, but I believe that an energetic environment, courage and organisation will lead to success, says Salmela.
Salmela will take up the position on 3.1.2022.
Niklas Leinonen has been chosen as the Service Planner of the Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland (ISYY). The tasks of the Service Planner include e.g. organising the SYKETTÄ university sports in Joensuu and organising and developing events.
ISYY's Executive Board made the selections at its meeting on December 9, 2021.
