You can now apply for a shift at Studentia Band Reheasal Space by filling an online application form. The application form closes on Monday 13th of December at 9 am. All those who have applied for a shift will be contacted during week 50. Spring shifts are valid from the 1st of January until the 31st of May.
One shift is max. 2 hours. On workdays (mon-fri) Studentia is open and the shifts can be applied from 8 am to 9.30 pm. Weekend shifts are available from 9 am to 9 pm. From Monday to Friday the evening shifts are fixed:
at 15:30 - 17:30
at 17:30 - 19:30
at 19:30 - 21:30
On weekends and daytime you can apply for any two hour time period you want.
The rent for one shift at the rehearsal space is 20€/month. The rent has to be paid before the fifth day of the month. Otherwise you'll have to pay a sanction fee of 5€/month.
To train at the band rehearsal space you'll also need a key. To get a key you'll have to pay a deposit fee of 50 euros. The bands using the training facilities are obliged to take good care of them and notify ISYY if something gets broken.
