Nomination of candidates ends on 3.10.2019 at 3 pm – Remember to submit the election documents in time

ISYY Representative Council Election documents must be submitted to the Central Electoral Coalition no later than 3 October 2019 at 3 p.m. to one of the following Student Union offices: Yliopistokatu 7, 80100 JOENSUU or Yliopistonranta 3, 70210 KUOPIO.

You can submit the documents to ISYY offices during the opening hours or their mailbox outside the offices. You can find the opening hours on the front page. 

The election documents consist of the followings that you can find from the Election Documents -page: 

• Document of Candidate's approval and assurance
• Announcement of the representative of the list
• Suggestion for the candidate list
• Announcement of the electoral coalition of lists

Please note, that the customer service of ISYY’s offices in Joensuu and Kuopio are closed on Wednesday 2.10. On that day, you can leave the documents on the mailbox outside the offices. If help needed, please contact Saara Närä, Secretary for Administrative Affairs, tel. 044 576 8413.
