The Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland Representative Council decided in their meeting on 8.11. the following:
“[…] every Executive Board applicant can name a personal negotiator for the Board negotiations. Every council party is also allowed to name their own negotiator.” The Representative Council also decided that the Chairperson of the Student Union Representative Council will convene the negations.
Under this decision, all the negotiators are invited to participate in the negotiations. The negotiations will be held on Fri 28.11.2014 starting from 2 pm. The meeting will be held via a video conference in the university campus area. The rooms for the meeting will be in Joensuu AU25, in Kuopio CA106 and in Savonlinna A130.
