You don’t need a red swimsuit or float to be a lifesaver, you only need to give out your hand and donate.
Almost a thousand volunteer blood donors are needed every day in order for about 50,000 seriously ill patients (for example premature babies, cancer patients and victims of accidents) to get the treatment they need every year.
Join ISYY’s BloodGroup “Itä-Suomen yliopiston ylioppilaskunta” or set up your own. The main thing, however, is that you do donate.
In Kuopio, you can donate blood at the Kuopio Blood Service office during the office opening hours.
