During the spring term starting January 2015, the Finnish Student Health Service (FSHS) will be e-mailing a customer satisfaction questionnaire to all those entitled to use FSHS services. The questionnaire can also be accessed online and filled already now.
The purpose of the survey is to learn what the students think about the service and care provided by FSHS and make sure that FSHS can develop their services in the way their customers want them to.
