Everyone has a right to have a good and safe study environment!

The Student Union’s Anti-Harassment Contact Persons gives advice and helps confidentially in cases of harassment. You can contact the Anti-Harassment Contact Persons in case you encounter bullying, discrimination, racism, sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior at the university.

All contacts are confidential.

The Student Union has two Anti-Harassment Contact Persons: one working in Joensuu and one in Kuopio. However, you can contact either one of them no matter which campus you’re studying at.

Starting from 10.8.2017, ISYY’s Anti-Harassment Contact Persons are Pekka Koivaara, ISYY’s Secretary for Interest Advocacy (Joensuu) and Emmi Alho, ISYY’s Secretary for International and Administrative Affairs (Kuopio).
