In the future, student card will be given out free of charge to all upper secondary education and higher education students

Frank, a student benefit and identification service provider, will in the future offer student card free of charge to all upper secondary and higher education students.

The student card will be offered free of charge to all students when the necessary data transfer connections and permit processes are ready.
