This autumn’s Smiles and Complaints Week takes place on 30.9.-6.10.2019.
During the Smiles and Complaints Week, you can send feedback via the Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland to ISYY, the University, FSHS (Finnish Student Health Service), Fazer, or any other party involved in students’ life.
You can give us feedback via post-it notes at ISYY feedback desks, by speaking your mind at the stands or by filling in our electronic feedback form.
What deserves a smile? What’s wrong? What gives you grey hair? Tell us, and we’ll take your feedback forward! The feedback is given anonymously.
You can give us feedback by filling in the online form during week 40. The form will open on 30.9.2019 at 9 a.m. and close on 6.10.2019 at 23.59 p.m.

On Smiles and Complaints Week, ISYY's Sectors for Interest Advocacy have stands in Joensuu in the Carelia lobby on Monday 30.9. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and in Kuopio in the Snellmania lobby on Thursday from 10 a.m. 2 p.m. Come say hi and give feedback face-to-face!
