ISYY's BRIDGES project is organising an interdisciplinary May Day brunch at the AU110 meeting room in Aurora on Sunday 30.4. at 10 am-2 pm!
At the brunch you can get to know other students from different disciplines, play board games and, above all, enjoy good food. There will be two caterings during the day, the first from 10 am-12 noon and the second from 12 noon-2 pm. You can come alone or with a friend. If you wish, you can also dress in your student overalls and clothing that suits May Day. Participants will also receive a BRIDGES overall badge.
The brunch is open and free of charge to all UEF students. Registration for the brunch starts on Kide.app on Friday 14th of April at 12 noon and ends on 26th of April at 12 noon or as long as there are places available. Please register only to one catering. Those who have registered will be contacted by email by 27th of April, please check your spam folder.
Please note that registration is binding, which means that a deposit of 10 € + 0.5 € service charge is payable in advance. The deposit is refundable after participation in the event, but the Kide.app service fee is non-refundable. After the registration deadline, the deposit is non-refundable for cancelled participation unless you give your ticket to someone else. If you do so, please contact project coordinator Riina Pääkkönen, contact information can be found below. You can also pay the deposit at the ISYY office, in this case please contact Riina in advance.
