The Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland (ISYY) has a new strategy and communications strategy for 2021–2024.
The new strategy was created during 2020 and approved at the Representative Council meeting on 10th December 2020. The new communication strategy was approved at the meeting of the Council on 25th February 2021.
The Student Union's strategy defines the values and goals that guide our operations for 2021–2024. Our purpose is to create a student community that provides the members of ISYY with the opportunity to influence both the academic and social aspects of student life. Our dream is that we are a community that people are proud to be members of.
ISYY's new communications strategy supports the guidelines of the overall strategy.
In the future, ISYY will pay more attention especially to the interactivity of communication and the engagement of members. We will shift our communication from one-way communication to more participatory communication.
