Swimming Technique I course

This course is for you if you can swim breaststroke but you are not used to swimming with your head under water. In this course we will practise breathing techniques in the water, floating, gliding and basics of freestyle and backstroke swimming. NB! You must have basic swimming skill (able to swim 25-50 meters).

Escrima is originally a Filipino martial art. Its difference to many other martial arts is that the training uses weapons from the beginning (rattan stick). The use of weapons alongside unarmed combat quickly develops agility, coordination, and reflexes.
Escrima Concepts is a straightforward, effective and fast-paced martial art. It is built around the same concepts, both armed and unarmed. Enroll.
Group exercise classes started on January 8th
Remember that enrollment opens exactly one week before the start of the class. Enroll via mobile app or SYKETTÄ Kuopio sports calendar on the website. If you cannot participate in the class, cancel your enrollment at least 4 hours prior to the start of the session. Enrollment for the morning classes that start before 10 am must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior. |
