ISYY Representative Council Elections' Advance Voting has begun!

The Representative Council Elections of the Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland will take place on next week's Wednesday 3.11.2021. The advance voting has now begun and everyone of ISYY members who have registered as attending students at the University of Eastern Finland before the 18th of October 2021 have a right to vote in these Elections.

The Representative Council of the Student Union consists of 39 persons who make significant decisions concerning all students, for example, what kinds of services ISYY offers, how much your ISYY membership fee will be and to what it is used for.

Voting time in ISYY Representative Council Elections

Advance Voting 25.-29.10.2021

• The Voting System is open from Monday 25th of October 8:00 until Friday 29th of October 23:59.

Official Voting Day 3.11.2021

• On the Official voting day,  3rd of November, the Voting System is open from 9:00 until 18:00.

The Voting takes place online, so you can vote anywhere with your own device. You will find all the voting instructions from the Voting System and from the Elections -section of ISYY’s website. Everyone will sign in to the Voting System using their university credentials.

If you need help for using the Voting System, you can contact the Voting System Administrator Ilkka Jormanainen (+358 50 367 557, ilkka.jormanainen(at)uef.fi) during the advance voting and on the official voting day from 9:00 to 18:00.
