At the Representative Council’s meeting 1/2024, the following proposed resolution was approved:
"During the Representative Council's term, an official record will be kept of the meeting attendance rate of both individual representatives and groups. The list will be published annually on ISYY's website, social media platforms, or another channel decided suitable by the Representative Council’s Chairpersons. The purpose of this record-keeping is to inform voters about the attendance rates of the groups, which in practice indicates whether the group they voted for is actively using its voting rights."
The ISYY Board decided in its 7/2024 meeting that the Representative Council's Chairpersons will begin maintaining an official record of attendance rates and decide how the list will be published. The Chairpersons of the Representative Council have kept an official record of representatives' attendance rates at the ISYY Council meetings throughout 2024 and have decided to publish the list on ISYY's official noticeboard, meaning the ISYY website.
