You can now apply for a shift at Studentia Band Reheasal Space by filling an online application form. The application form closes on Sunday 18th of August at 23:59. All those who have applied for a shift will be contacted at the begining of the week 34. Autumn shifts are valid from the 1st of September until 31st of December. Studentia and band rehearsal space will be closed on 6th of December and from 24th to 26th of December. Other possible exceptions to opening hours will be informed later if needed.
One shift is max. 2 hours. On workdays (mon-fri) Studentia is open and the shifts can be applied from 8:00 to 21:30. Weekend shifts are available from 9:00 to 21:00.
From Monday to Friday at daytime (before 15:30) you can apply any two hour period you want. The evening shifts are fixed:
On weekends you can apply for any two hour time period you want.
The rent for one shift at the rehearsal space is 25€/month. To train at the band rehearsal space you'll also need a key. To get a key you'll have to pay a deposit fee of 50 euros. The bands using the training facilities are obliged to take good care of them and notify ISYY if something gets broken.
