Suvas Meeting Room and Sauna Facilities

The Suvas meeting room and sauna is an ideal place to organise meetings, events and parties. Suvas can be booked by individuals or by ISYY Clubs, Student Organisations or other associations. The meeting room has a fully-equipped kitchen. Suvas is located in Joensuu city centre, at Suvantokatu 6.

NB! The entrance to Suvas is via the courtyard from Torikatu.

How to Book Suvas

Suvas can be booked by contacting the ISYY Joensuu office: Tel. +358 (0) 44 576 8449 or toimisto.joensuu(at)isyy.fi

For your booking to be successful, we will need the following information:

• Name of the person or organisation in charge of the booking (for example ‘Board Gamers Club’)
• Name and phone number of the contact person
• Date and times of the reservation
• Which facilities and services you would like to book (for example: ‘meeting room, sauna and cleaning service’ or ‘meeting room only, we will clean the venue ourselves’)

The Suvas meeting room and sauna facilities can be booked no more than one year in advance of the event at the earliest. The venue can only be hired by persons of 18 years of age or above.

Cancellations

The reservation is binding, but it can be cancelled up to one week (7 days) before the date of the reservation for free of charge. Any bookings that are cancelled less that one week (7 days) before will be charged at the full rental rate.
