Member Data Processing

As a data subject, you have the rights to:

• Inspect the data concerning you
• Request for rectification of the data concerning you
• Claim for erasure of your data
• Claim for restriction of processing
• Object processing
• Request for transferring personal data

You can use the rights mentioned above by sending a request to ISYY’s office via the form which can be found on ISYY’s website or sending a request to Data Protection Officer.

A data subject has the right to make a complaint to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, in case the data subject deems that the valid data protection legislation has been violated in processing the personal data concerning the data subject.
