What rights do you have:

You have the right:

• to obtain information on the processing of personal data, unless an exception has been provided for by law
• to access your personal data
• to rectification
• to restriction of processing
• to notification obligation regarding rectification of personal data or restriction of processing 
• not to be subjected to automated decision-making without a legal basis

You can use the rights mentioned above by sending a request to ISYY’s office via the form which can be found on ISYY’s website or sending a request to Data Protection Officer.

A data subject has the right to make a complaint to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, in case the data subject deems that the valid data protection legislation has been violated in processing the personal data concerning the data subject.
