Data transfer or disclosure to outside EU or EEA 

Personal data on Google services may be transferred outside the EU. Google adheres to the EU Commission's standard clauses in ensuring the necessary level of data protection when personal data is transferred outside the EU. ISYY has agreed to an EU standard clause with Google in the additional data protection terms of its agreement. ISYY has carried out an impact assessment (TIA) on data transfers. In addition, Google is committed to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
