Google Drive is used to store contact information of the clubs. The minutes of the club foundation meeting, club rules and club foundation documents are kept in paper form at the ISYY office on the campus in question. The club's presentation text on ISYY's website is located on a server maintained by Hostingpalvelu. There is an email list for communicating with clubs for ISYY staff.

easier to log into services and making it possible to compile statistics of the service usage. A user may
restrain the use of cookies in the browser system, but this may prevent the system from operating properly.

Access to the contact information of the clubs is limited to ISYY employees, members of the Executive Board and the Chairpersons of the Representative Council. Access rights are limited according to tasks and responsibilities. Data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for its intended purpose. ISYY's website is protected by an SSL certificate.
