Personal data consist of:
In ISYY club activities, the following documents containing personal data are requested from the clubs:
- Minutes of the club's founding meeting
- Club Founding Document
- Contact information for ISYY's website
- Club presentation text for the academic year calendar
- Contact details of the club's board of directors
- Requested upon establishment and annually and/or whenever the club board changes)
The above documents contain part or all of the following personal data:
- first name
- surname
- phone number
- e-mail
All of the above documents are kept as long as the club is an active club. The personal data of the board of directors of the club will be deleted after the club submits the personal data of the new board of directors or one or more of the following conditions will apply:
- The club, in accordance with its own rules, has decided to dissolve
- The club can no longer be considered as operating within the Student Union
- The club has neglected its obligation to make an acceptable report on the use of its operating grant
- The club has been found to be acting in violation of the Student Union's goals or its own rules or
- The activities of the club can be considered finished.
Where is the personal data required in processing received from?
Personal data collected in club activities is requested from the club operators themselves. Providing personal data is a prerequisite that the club can be an active ISYY club and use club benefits. Consent to the processing of personal data is requested when the data is collected.
